Products, availability, and pricing
Menu items and weekly specials are offered while marked available. Homemade Con Amor may update product availability or mark a flavor sold out before an order is paid. Launch pricing is $3 for one eligible cake pop or $5 for each mix-and-match pair across the cart. Square calculates any applicable seller- configured sales tax during checkout.
Preorder-only online ordering
Online ordering is for preorders only. The weekly window opens Monday at 12:00 AM and closes Thursday at exactly 6:00 PM in the America/Chicago time zone. Browsing may remain available while ordering is closed. Placing an item in a cart does not reserve it, create an order, or guarantee availability.
Payment and confirmation
Payment in full is required upfront through Square. A preorder is not confirmed until Square reports a completed payment and the website verifies it. If payment is declined, interrupted, or cannot yet be verified, do not assume the order was placed; use the website's status guidance or contact Homemade Con Amor before submitting another payment.
Pickup
Launch orders are pickup only. Eligible pickup dates are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for the associated preorder weekend, with available times every 30 minutes from 9:00 AM through 9:00 PM America/Chicago. You are responsible for selecting the correct date and time and arriving during that pickup slot. Review the pickup selection and location shown during checkout and on a valid paid confirmation.
Cancellations and refunds
- You may request cancellation until Thursday at 6:00 PM America/Chicago while the preorder window is still open.
- After Thursday at 6:00 PM America/Chicago, paid preorder sales are considered final except at Homemade Con Amor's discretion.
- Refunds, when approved, are processed through the original payment method or Square flow as operationally appropriate.
- Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee a refund until Homemade Con Amor confirms it.
The website does not provide automated cancellation or self-service refund controls. Contact us to make a request.
Food and allergen information
Allergen information is provided on each product label. Contact us with questions before ordering.
Product descriptions and photos
Cake pops are finished by hand, so appearance may vary slightly from one batch to another. Website descriptions, photos, and any clearly labeled product photographs or images are provided to help present the product and may not show every natural variation.
Custom orders and delivery
Custom cake-pop ordering and delivery are not available through the launch checkout. Custom ordering is coming soon. An invitation for Homemade Con Amor to attend or sell at an event may be sent through the general contact form, but it is not a custom-order request or booking system.
